Aotearoa, delayed

Sad realization, having recently caught on calculating, preparatory to filing, taxes for (too many) years: I'm going to have to roll my next New Zealand (with a side trip to Australia) jaunt until roughly October/November (which is to say, their summer). On the grand scale of things, this is far from the worst problem I could have, and I know it; too, it's entirely my own fault; still, I am bumming a bit over it. Well, all right; I'll just have to work that much harder to *make* my year fun, damnit. I swear, New Zealand should come with a label: "May be habit-forming."
