I'm in Wellington. Still not sleeping well; still coughing; it looks as though I'm going to have to cut back a lot on the more outdoors-oriented parts of the trip. Well, all right; just visited the Embassy theater (which has a sculpture across the street that looks like an HG Wells martian tripod); about to get a phonetic representation of "Coyote" in Tengwar, from the guy who gave the LoTR cast their Elvish "nine" tattoos; hope to swing past Weta tomorrow (no tours, alas). Wellington is a lovely city- much more bohemian than Auckland.

Huh, looks like an attempt at a comment from me didn't get posted? I was suggeting maybe meeting up tomorrow PM around 4 - 5 for a drink or cup of coffee, since you're in town?
