Some things in this world are simply sublime; once one has had the chance to view them, one can then comfortably say to oneself, "I have now experienced this things as fully as I ever, ever have to. While I might well encounter others of its ilk, I will never again experience a one of these which so clearly deliniates the full potentiality of one of those. I have grokked it in fullness."

Date: 2009-01-06 05:16 am (UTC)I did some digging and discovered that the performers are a group called Phoenix Projekt (http://phoenixprojekt.net/about/), a Los Angeles based fire-eating/martial-arts performance group. Their YouTube video channel includes a Bollywood-inspired number, and something set to the Beastie Boys' "Sabotage."
However. I knew none of that when I discovered this -- I only followed a link someone posted that merely said, "And here's OOPS, I DID IT AGAIN on a flaming tuba."
It was just like it said on the tin. And thank goodness for that.
I have laughed to the point of TEARS.
