I love the reflections of clouds in this.

To me, the branch intruding into the frame makes this look like (a full-cover version of) an old 19th-centure daugerrotype with a crack in the plate.

These were cracks in the ice of the Central Park reservoir; they looked like dendrites to us.

Cracks in the ice of the Central Park reservoir, from a while back; they remind me of dendrites somehow. (My brain is big on visual metaphors, it would seem. Or similes, at least.)

From my 37th birthday- a trip to San Francisco. Whenever I need to get the will going to travel, I look at it. Ahh, San Fran- I miss you.

Speaking of matters 37-ish: yes, this is the store from Clerks; yes, I am that much of a geek :)

…whereas this was right next to the (now closed) RST video in that location; I can hardly imagine Kevin Smith’s movie about *that*.

The ice cracks are awesome. Dendritic indeed.

We have a futon, if you want a visit.

Quik Stop and... pit bull training?? (I, uh, hope. More amusement if it's some kind of play dungeon, though. lol.)

I especially love the first two. The cloudless sky paired with the cloud reflections in the first are beautiful. The branches in the second one are perfect; they remind me of the video game I've been playing obsessively: http://2dboy.com/games.php

Ah, San Francisco! I know exactly where you took that pic. I was in that exact same area! Did you walk over to the water organ? ^_^ Long walk, but worth it, I thought. Really great pictures! Thanks for sharing!
