I love the reflections of clouds in this.

"...after my death, the molecules of my being will return to the earth and the sky. They came from the stars. I am of the stars."
-Charles A. Lindbergh,
Autobiography of Values
(Image not mine, but I’ve been thinking about him a lot of late.)

To me, the branch intruding into the frame makes this look like (a full-cover version of) an old 19th-centure daugerrotype with a crack in the plate.

Cracks in the ice of the Central Park reservoir, from a while back; they remind me of dendrites somehow. (My brain is big on visual metaphors, it would seem. Or similes, at least.)

Watch the soap bubble, love the soap bubble...

From my 37th birthday- a trip to San Francisco. Whenever I need to get the will going to travel, I look at it. Ahh, San Fran- I miss you.

Speaking of matters 37-ish: yes, this is the store from Clerks; yes, I am that much of a geek :)

…whereas this was right next to the (now closed) RST video in that location; I can hardly imagine Kevin Smith’s movie about *that*.
