There's a fascinating interview from 1988 with Alan Moore here, and a roundtable discussion with Moore and Gibbons (also from 1988) here. (Please note that both pieces contain huge spoilers for Watchmen.) I'll always be sorry that neither Big Numbers, his collaboration with Bill Sienkeiwicz (which Moore refers to in his interview as "The Mandelbrot Set") nor the planned Minutemen book were completed. (And, since I'm in a Moore frame of mind, you can find annotations to the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen series (both of them, and also The Black Dossier), as well as Kingdom Come and a few other works (no Watchmen, alas) here.
