A 49-year-old Missouri mother accused of using a fake MySpace persona to "torment, harass, humiliate and embarrass" a 13-year-old girl who hanged herself was indicted on Thursday on federal charges.

I am very pleased that they've found a way to indict her on something, but I am a little worried about the precedent set by this particular legal use.

they should kill her. she's responsible for an untimely death, so hers should be untimely.

I can not say I'm unhappy that she was found guilty on something. It is a sad statement that someone would think it was ok to treat any other human being this way. Especially a 13 year old who was going though emotional problems already. I really do not understand how someone could have thought this behavior was alright.
