Broadway walk

I'm contemplating following in the footsteps of the estimable blergeatkitty and organizing a Broadway walk- a walk along Broadway down the length of Manhattan Island, from approximately 215th St. down to Bowling Green. This would begin this Sunday at the 215th St. 1 station, at approximately 10 AM; the walk usually takes four hours or so, including a stop for lunch. If I did put something like this together, would anyone be interested?

I'm not able to, but I've done this before and you may want to allow more than 4 hours for it. It took me from about 11:30 am to 4 the time I did it.

Then again, I started up in the Bronx and spent about an hour at the Museo Hispanico, so that may have tacked on some time...

I might be if it were a different weekend with more notice. 10am would make me get up at probably 7am to catch the appropriate buses and trains, so it would require some time to talk myself into it. ;)

Well, I am thus far free on the first Sunday in Nov and possibly the first Saturday! After that, I'll be in San Francisco, Tucson, Texas, or one of the states between Texas and NYC.

You should start at the 225th street station, which is still in Manhattan even though it's across the river! They re-dredged the river at one point so Marble Hill was cut off on the mainland. But that would be a more complete Manhattan-Island trip :)
