I mean, I love the whole blanket of (briefly) white goodness, but I'd love it a whole lot more, if my north country upbringing wasn't painting images of shovels and strenuous far-too-early morning exercise across my mind. Couldn't it all just sublimate away, like dry ice?

i am waiting for the flakes to fall here in boston. as much as i am actually looking forward to seeing white stuff (i don't get to see it very often in the south, ya know), this could put a serious damper on my travel plans. eeek.

I did indeed :) (and a Doonesbury reference as well); just bought a one-volume copy of the first three McCaffrey books, as I've not reread them since age fifteen or so. Travel, yeah- my sister lives in MA, and I live in NYC; as we get together at her place for Xmas every year, I'm very much hoping this white stuff isn't a trend.u

Actually Im in the city, and have a driveway, a front walk, and fucking landlady who's 90 years old and is loaded, but too cheap to pay someone to do it.

W/ my back feeling as lovely as it does, and the fact that matt works 6 days away, we paid some mexican guy to do it.
