Vorvons and other strangers

...I did indeed dream of the Vorvon (a unibrowed vampire from the old Buck Rogers TV show) last night, although there was nary a glowing jump rope in sight; I suppose I should be grateful for this. Still far too close to all the Mom stuff to write about same yet; interestingly, family-related posts have been a major theme in LJ this week. Jeez- I remember going to dinner at my friend Andy's house, and feeling as though I'd wandered onto the set of the Brady Bunch; a family that had dinner, and conversed, without arguing! Marvel of marvels!

...so, yeah; Stetson still AWOL, and now my glasses are, too. What next...? *nervously eyes heavens*Ø
