Schroedinger's celebrities

A couple of weeks ago, I saw someone who greatly resembled photos of rachelmanija in Union Square; today, while walking to Berkeley, I passed someone who bore a strong resemblance to kijjohnson; in neither case am I at all certain that these people were who they seemed to resemble. Meanwhile, I had to miss a slam-dunk shot at seeing the 100% bona fide seanan_mcguire, as I'm grinding my way through copyediting someone's paper. And so it goes.
