Harry and Hermione stared at the small gray kitten that, a moment ago, had been Ron- and at the large cheeseburger that had mysteriously appeared along with it. The entire room fell silent; even Peeves was seemingly speechless. Harry started to ask Professor Snape for his advice- only to see the swirl of a black cloak vanish around a corner. There was a protracted silence, broken only by a mew, as the kitten batted at Harry's shoelace. "Well," McGonagall finally said, "I'll fix it *this* time, but do tell Mister Weasley to pronounce his spells more carefully in the future."
