I just spoke with Bobbi on the phone; she and Darren want me to perform their wedding ceremony, when the time comes. I've been asked to do this a time or two, and always accepted gladly; I don't think I'll ever perform a wedding that will mean quite as much to me, however.

I just walked right past Bruce Springsteen in the Union Square B & N; he was simply browsing, and not performing any sort of publicity function. Our gazes happened to meet for a second; we both nodded at each other; the end... until some other guy came up behind him and was "OH WOW ARE YOU BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN YES YOU ARE DO YOU WANT TO TALK TO MY MOM ON MY CELLPHONE...?"
