I had a dream last night that the manuscript of Voyage, Orestes!, a novel Samuel R. Delany was working on in the early 60s (he mentions it repeatedly in his memoir The Motion of Light in Water), was found and published, and that its publication stimulated Delany to return to writing fiction full time; a happy dream. (Who the heck is Bernard K. Kay, anyhow?)

Having followed nihilistic_kid's blogging of his reading of Through the Valley of the Nest of Spiders, although having read none of Delany's work myself, the use of the word 'stimulated' in this context makes me giggle, because I am ten.
