I'm kind of worried about the scene where we find out why Radagast isn't in Lord of the Rings. Not enamored of the character- Gandalf could do everything in five minutes of screen time that Radagast does in 15- but Sylvester McCoy =/

And you can't even use the "because he wasn't relevant or interesting or useful", because Glorfindel and Tom Bombadil both survived that cut.
