A: Because this particular house was built on the site of a 9-story Cold War-era Atlas F underground missile launch site – and it’s still there.

Wonder if there's a way to turn it into a museum? (There's a former Cold War continuation-of-government bunker in the wilds of Southern Scotland that's been preserved as such.)
