Wow- so Miracle Day and Deathly Hallows Part II are going to be more or less contiguous; this very much reminds me of when Book 7 came out... the same week that my favorite piano bar closed. I'm very curious to see how Movie 8 handles the fact that they no longer have canon to be contradicted by; while I've only seen about half of the first two Torchwood series' episodes, and have extremely serious moral reservations (CoE spoilers) about Children of Earth, Children still punched a hole through my heart like few things ever had, and I'll probably have to acknowledge that at some point (even if I buy the series on DVD later, as per usual). I swear- ever since X-Men #137, it's all been uphill from there...

Book 7 also came out at the same time that Strangers in Paradise and The Sopranos ended.

I am confused. If you're referring to HP, then Movie 8 is the second half of Book 7, so they have much canon to be true to...
