Via interactiveleaf: The traumatized-looking girl next to the monster fish has a reason: the barracuda in question leaped out of the water, and bit her arm into hamburger. (Some rather bloody photos if you click to the them all; the first one is OK, except for the Fish of Doom.)

That pic on the front page isn't documenting anything but their faces and the fish. You can barely see the blood on her sleeve.
