enotsola does), but citizens aren't likely to be carrying anything that could prove that (some people don't even have copies of their birth certificates at home). And like there are no such things as undocumented immigrants who are white? *headdesk*

Also: This is really outside the domain of the police IMO. They are not DHS/border patrol, thanks.
