* 2. There are several candidates- in the end, I'll go with Stephen Sondheim. "Passing Strange" is also well up there, as are umpteen somgwriters whose work you've done at piano bar.

* 4. Wow- it's harder than I thought to pick out just one. Perhaps that moment when you bit into a chocolate I'd brought to piano bar from Kees'; just for an instant, I could see subjective time stop for you.
