This cold is abating; I have a lot to catch up on. I'm contemplating looking into photography courses at the New School or some such, if only for lab access; I miss that vinegary developer smell. People to see, books to finish, skills to learn... even bought an book of introductory Japanese, in deference to a wish I've had since I was quite young.
