( I find this random note from IMDB, concerning the 2011 version of The Thing, oddly satisfying- spoilers for the '11 and '82 versions. (And do you know, if Cronenberg had directed the '82 version (which is quite Cronenbergian anyway) frame for frame, the critics' reviews would've been an average of a letter grade higher.) )
