In keeping with the fact that I've been falling asleep later and later this week (I've had intermittent insomnia since I was 8), I still haven't fallen asleep- which is probably good, as I have a train to Boston in about an hour. Off to see Dad; to, with any luck, see some friends I rarely see anymore (including someone I've known since I was about 4); to, with further luck, see the city itself. (My sister, my father, and the rest of that group of our family all live about an hour outside the city proper; I almost never make it into Boston anymore.) Bostoners, by all means feel free to drop a line, as I plan to spend some time in the city proper between now and next Wednesday. Alas, the Edward Gorey exhibit at the Aetheneum has closed :(

OK, change of plans- I'm still in NYC, watching the twisted brilliance that is But I'm a Cheerleader, and thinking of rewatching Children of Earth later.
