Terrible news- Grauman's Chinese Thetaer, a landmark of Hollywood for 75 years, has been sold; word on the street is that it's going to become a nightclub. (One of the new owners is nightclub operator-turned-film producer Elie Samaha, who's already done this with other theaters in the area.)
