I just came back from the doctor's; he took some blood to check to be sure, but it basically positive that it's simply from coughing too much. Prescription prescribed and filled; new cough drops purchased; relief abounding.

Dharun Ravi, a former Rutgers University student accused of secretly filming Rutgers University freshman Tyler Clementi having a same sex encounter in his dorm room just days before Clementi leapt to his death allegedly destroyed evidence and sent false tweets to try and throw off investigators, according to an indictment released today.

A poll from CNN this week is the latest to show a majority of Americans in favor of same-sex marriage, with 51 percent saying that marriages between gay and lesbian couples “should be recognized by the law as valid” and 47 percent opposed.
