WOOD SMOKE?

Turns out we had a fire in the cellar last night (as my apartment mate helpfully informed me, as I was about to call the fire department myself); fire trucks, the whole shebang. OTher than the reek of smoke, no damage to anything up here, and- more importantly- no one was hurt; personally, I'm just as glad to have missed it.
