If all goes well, on Tuesday, Soren will be given a hemi-cane in his room, and will be expected to use it regularly, rather than the wheelchair all the time. This will allow us to go places with a few steps (though I'll probably wind up carrying the chair, for moments when he gets exhausted). I'm going to go over to Atlantis on Tuesday, and be there during the physical therapy session, where he proves that he can use it.

Yesterday, he demonstrated that he can use a walker (though he prefers the hemi-cane) to get from place to place. I am awed by his perseverance, and his strength.

I'm in love with him.
