Extremely discouraging fact: the most fun I've had at the movies in the last few months has been Twilight. (Of course, quite a lot of this had to do with thinking of lines such as PREMARITAL UNDERPANTS ARE NOT OKAY!, but still.)

I'm a little surprised at how upset I am that I just threw away the remnants of my comic book collection. (I'd sold all the real E-ticket items years ago, back when I was first struggling to make rent in NYC, but still... I'd had them in boxes in my father's garage, in mylar bags- which are damned useful, but not exactly mouseproof.)
