three random things
Aug. 1st, 2003 04:21 pm1) My deepest thanks to everyone who responded to yesterday's post- more personal responses to follow. Reached my PCP's office... and discovered that he's on vacation. Fnord. Am angling for a referral as we speak.
2) Had a delightful lunch with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
starkyld (with surprise guest cameos by ladypeculiar and sykii, opera booty in tow), in which starkyld and I discuss the getting back of one's groove.
3) A surpise AIM'ing bybeeeej turns unexpectedly touching, as we discover we both rode the '95 Boston/NY AIDS Ride ("Funny, I didn't see you there..."). In the course of reminiscing, I remember the Ride jerseys we all got... and bringing mine to Nick. I'm pretty sure that was the last time I ever saw him; we spoke over the phone at Thanksgiving; he died just before New Year's. I'm glad I got the chance to give him that jersey, and to say goodbye- and now, to remember it. Thanks, beeeej.
