coyotegothDuring their recent “Summer for Marriage” tour the National Organization for Marriage played a Peter, Paul & Mary recording of Woody Guthrie’s “This Land Is Your Land” during their rallies, without the permission of the artists.
Peter Yarrow and Noel Paul Stookey, surviving members of the group who performed as Peter, Paul & Mary (Mary Travers passed away in 2009) contacted NOM (weird acronym!) to politely ask them to KNOCK IT THE FUCK OFF.
